Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a refund.
  • At this time, no returns or exchanges can be made at our store location.
  • Merchandise MUST have tags attached and hygienic liners in place – having never been removed.
  • Merchandise MUST be in the new and unused condition – cannot be damaged.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE – cannot be returned or exchanged.  (Promotions not included)
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to The Victoria’s Lash Stop.
  • When returning merchandise, we recommend that you get a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery of your return.
  • We are not responsible for lost or unconfirmed shipments.

Damaged Items

  • Please inspect merchandise as soon as it arrives.
  • If an item is damaged or defected, please notify us immediately by emailing us at with invoice and item number.
  • Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.  No claims can be made after 48 hours.

Return Procedure

  • Fill out Return Form that was included in your package.
  • Neatly pack merchandise and Return Form in package and seal securely.
  • Ship back to us using the carrier of your choice.  (We recommend that you get a tracking number and/or confirmation number)
