REFUND & RETURN POLICY
- If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a refund.
- At this time, no returns or exchanges can be made at our store location.
- Merchandise MUST have tags attached and hygienic liners in place – having never been removed.
- Merchandise MUST be in the new and unused condition – cannot be damaged.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE – cannot be returned or exchanged. (Promotions not included)
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to The Victoria’s Lash Stop.
- When returning merchandise, we recommend that you get a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery of your return.
- We are not responsible for lost or unconfirmed shipments.
- Please inspect merchandise as soon as it arrives.
- If an item is damaged or defected, please notify us immediately by emailing email@example.com with invoice and item number.
- Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours.
- Fill out Return Form that was included in your package.
- Neatly pack merchandise and Return Form in package and seal securely.
- Ship back to us using the carrier of your choice. (We recommend that you get a tracking number and/or confirmation number)
